Mama Lockers is an automated service that offers you the possibility of renting any of its lockers for periods of 365 days a year between 1 and 365 calendar days.
Luggage storage is a convenient solution for those travelers who need to store their suitcases and bags for a few hours or days.
Luggage lockers are cupboards or lockers designed to temporarily store travelers’ luggage. They are usually located in the most touristic spots in the city.
Mama Lockers offers two types of lockers:
Small lockers, measuring 40 cm (height) x 41 cm (width) x 57 cm (depth). These lockers can hold approximately 1 cabin suitcase and 1 backpack.
Large lockers, measuring 84 cm (height) x 41 cm (width) x 57 cm (depth). These lockers can accommodate approximately:
- Option A: 1 giant suitcase.
- Option B: 1 large suitcase and 1 backpack.
- Option C: 3 cabin suitcases and 1 backpack.
You must make your reservation through our website www.mamalockers.com. The reservation process is very simple and quick. You can do it from your computer, mobile phone or tablet.
How the online luggage storage booking process works:
Location and date selection: Select the location and date you wish to use the luggage storage. You will be shown a calendar where you can choose the date and duration of the rental.
Baggage Specifications: In this step, you will usually be asked to provide information about the size and number of bags you wish to store.
Payment, information and confirmation: Once you have provided the necessary details, proceed to make the payment online. This requires information about your personal and payment details, such as a credit card or PayPal account. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.
Booking code: You will receive a booking code to your email along with your confirmation. Make sure you have it with you when you go to the luggage storage, as you will be asked for it to identify your booking.

Prices are set in euros and can be viewed in the booking section. Payment will be made per locker selected and not per suitcase, and you can put as many suitcases and/or belongings as possible in a locker. There may be certain days when there may be certain offers or promotions.
Yes, as long as the modification or cancellation is made 24 hours before the date on which the service you have booked begins.
IMPORTANT: Reservations that have a discount applied are not cancelable or refundable.
Mama Lockers has taken out an insurance policy for the benefit of Users. In the unlikely event of an incident at Mama Lockers, the policy covers losses due to damage and/or theft up to a maximum of €300 per suitcase (a police report must be filed). We recommend that you do not store items that exceed this value.
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewellery, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and technological objects in general (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images.
Please note that your travel documents and personal documentation (passport, driver’s license, etc.) are kept at your own risk and responsibility.
You can enter and leave the premises using the numerical code that you received in your email when you made the reservation.
You can re-enter within the reservation period using the numerical code that you received in your email.
You can bring all the packages that fit into the rented locker, with the exception of prohibited items. Remember that at Mama Lockers you pay per rented locker, not per bag, so you can bring in as many bags as you like in your locker.
All objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or those that are in any way degrading to human beings, etc.).
Objects whose possession requires a license, without such license or authorization (such as weapons and/or ammunition).
Any type of material that is polluting or dangerous (such as flammable objects or hazardous substances).

No food may be placed in the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce any type of odor in the Mama Lockers premises.

No, it is prohibited to deposit goods that must be collected by a third party. Lockers should not be used as a means of trafficking goods between parties. This is a use that Mama Lockers does not authorize.
You may enter and remain on the premises for the sole purpose of accessing the rented locker and only to carry out actions relating to the packages placed in the locker. You may not remain on the premises for longer than strictly necessary for purposes other than resting, sleeping, talking on the phone or surfing the Internet.
For security and confidentiality reasons, it is strictly forbidden to take photographs or videos of the security mechanisms of the premises (video surveillance cameras, lock systems, store screens, etc.). In the event of any violation of this rule for suspicious purposes, the police may be notified to safeguard the safety of all users.
No, to ensure maximum cleanliness, users are requested not to eat or consume drinks inside the premises.
